Reformer Pilates focuses on core strength and proper muscle engagement which improves back pain, injury recovery, athletic performance, weight loss, balance, bone density and posture.   • Form Essentials

    Where it all begins, Form Essentials is where you learn the fundamentals of your Pilates practice: we cover all the basics, like using the reformer machine safely and effectively, and the correct form and technique to get the most out of your sessions.

    As you progress through your first few classes, you’ll be amazed at how quickly your body adapts to the fluid movements (and how obsessed you’ll become). In Form Essentials, your trainers will guide you through a series of exercises to target your core, glutes, arms and legs and leave you feeling like the powerhouse that you are.

    Reformer Pilates is all about body awareness, alignment, control, breath and precision with every movement.

    Form Essentials is for you if you’re a complete newbie or simply looking to sharpen your skills.

  • Form

    Ready to build on everything you learnt in Form Essentials?

    In this class, we build on all the fundamentals, picking up the pace a little and chasing that burn. Your trainer will take you through a session that gets those muscles working and a nice hit of cardio to break out a sweat. With the music pumping and the good times rolling, you'll have too much fun to notice how hard you work.

    Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates, a total pro or somewhere in between – you'll love this one.

  • Form Athletic

    Buckle up and hold on tight because we’re taking it up a notch in Form Athletic.

    This class is for you if you’re ready to master advanced Reformer Pilates exercises and feel a burn in muscles you never knew existed. Your trainer will take you through a workout that will challenge your strength, flexibility and endurance. Form Athletic classes will have you fine-tuning your body awareness and your coordination and control abilities skyrocketing.

    We recommend Form Athletic for anyone who’s attended between 15 and 20 Form classes and is ready up the ante.

  • Recovery

    Flush out those toxins and the build-up of lactic acid with a Recovery Infrared Sauna.

    Sit back, relax your body and mind, and let the deep infrared heat increase your circulation to promote faster healing time of those stiff and sore muscles, while also helping you feel more grounded and ready for whatever life throws you – the perfect way to unwind after you move with VUE (or even on your rest days).
