DANIELA

Founder

Where do we start with Dani? The founder of VUE, she's the heart behind everything we do. Strong, driven, and passionate, she's always believed that growth begins just outside your comfort zone. (Fun fact: she earned her black belt in karate at just nine years old!)

Her energy is infectious, her laugh is unmistakable, and she makes everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Her motto? "If it scares you and excites you at the same time, it's probably worth doing."

ally

Studio Manager & Instructor

Ally brings high energy, encouragement, and challenge to every class. With her infectious positivity and motivating coaching style, she’ll inspire you to push beyond your limits, build strength, and back yourself every step of the way.

Expect plenty of burn, lots of laughs, and a workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered long after class ends. Ally believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for building both physical and mental strength, and she’s passionate about helping you realise just how capable you truly are.

MONTANA

Instructor

Montana, better known as the “smiling assassin,” brings her passion for movement and high-energy coaching into every class. With a background in national and international competitive dance, movement has always been second nature to her.

After stepping away from dance in Year 12, she discovered Reformer Pilates and quickly became hooked, practicing consistently for four years before becoming an instructor. Expect a challenging, upbeat class with great music, plenty of energy, and lots of smiles - often leaving you wondering where the time went.

MIEKE

Instructor

Mieke is all about elevating your movement experience. With a blend of precision, passion, and playful intensity, she creates classes that feel just as empowering as they are challenging.

Her classes are designed to build strength, confidence, and control through intentional movement. Expect sculpting sequences, deep core activation, and that signature post-Pilates shake that reminds you just how strong you're becoming.

Eliane

Instructor

Eliane discovered Pilates five years ago while looking for a way to support her scoliosis. What began as rehabilitation quickly became a passion, helping her develop a deep appreciation for what the body can do through mindful movement.

Her classes focus on slow, intentional movement, building strength, balance and control with plenty of attention to technique. Expect thoughtful programming, a supportive atmosphere and just the right amount of spice to keep you challenged.

Delina

Instructor

Delina's calm and attentive approach will help you move with confidence while gaining a deeper understanding of your body. Her slow-burn classes focus on precise anatomical cueing, leaving you feeling strong, supported and connected to your movement.

Fueled by coffee, Afro and house music, Delina believes that rest fuels progress and loves a good glute workout.

Barbara

Instructor

Barbara is passionate about helping you feel seen, supported and encouraged through every stage of your movement journey. With a special interest in pre and postnatal Pilates, she loves helping women feel strong before, during and after pregnancy.

Believing that progress starts with strong foundations, Barbara's calm and supportive approach will help you move with confidence, build strength and feel empowered in your body.

Tina

Instructor

Tina believes movement is life and is passionate about helping you feel strong, capable and confident. With a background in CrossFit and strength training, she loves combining the benefits of Pilates and strength to help you move well.

Expect plenty of encouragement in Tina's classes—she'll keep you safe, challenge you and be your biggest cheerleader as you leave feeling stronger with every visit.

PAIGE

Instructor

Paige loves helping clients feel strong, and connected to their movement. Passionate about whole foods, nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle, she's happiest in the sunshine, travelling and making memories with family and friends.

Her favourite Reformer move is the reverse lunge into arabesque, and her supportive approach will leave you feeling challenged, energised and ready for your next class.

NORA

Instructor

Nora’s superpower is giving everything she does 100%. She brings contagious energy and a genuine passion for helping people push toward their goals, and nothing makes her happier than seeing the VUE community challenge themselves in a sweaty session.

Her classes are dynamic, high-energy, and designed to spark a full-body burn. You’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and a little unstoppable — and yes, you might be crawling down the stairs… but you’ll definitely be back for more.

STEF

Instructor

Stef brings positive energy and her signature spicy touch to every class, with a passion for helping you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in your body.

While she's naturally an introvert, teaching Pilates brings out her fun, bubbly side. Expect supportive encouragement, a good challenge, and plenty of feel-good movement. Outside the studio, you'll usually find her by the ocean, embracing a trust-the-process approach to life.
